theres several in rochdale, including one on the council tip on Entwisle oad

basically its set up so that travellers cant enter the council tip in an empty van and load it up with scrap metal from the site.. they weigh you both ways.

just speak to the bird through the window and state to her "what do i weigh"...and she'll answer lol
