    F7R Engine (gauging interest)

It's a sad day :( .......I have been after a F7R for around six month's, Finally I find one from a 1999 Megane, that has a snapped cam belt.

My aim was to rebuild the BE and put my head on it, Anyway to cut a long story short, something has come up meaning I need cash FAST.

If I receive a GOOD offer on the engine I will sell, If I don't I will just have to sell a Kidney or arm or something.

The engine was on around 93K, I have no proof of this I'm just going on the guys Megane showing 94k and a new engine fitted just over a month ago.
Basically it is a F7R, but it has no rocker cover or exhaust manifold, I have pics that I will add tonight and will also check over it to make sure there is no damage from transportation.
Obviously after the cam belt snapped you should expect 16 bent valves & maybe more damage, Also please remember if you wish to use the head it will need to be machined to accept the dizzy cap (please use the search function to find more info on the conversion)

I'm not sure if I can ask for offers, but I would like a minimum of £250, and need the engine collected from Oxford, but may meet half way/some way is needed.

PM me here, on CS or email pat_986@hotmail.com

    sorry to hear mate. :(

although maybe you should have kept it quiet that you only paid 150quid for it.

with unknown damage its a bit of a risk at that price.

Well I'm happy to say what I paid for it, the guy I brought it from had know idea how desirable it is.....

Maybe its a tad too much, Say £200 (because I dont want to sell it, To make it worth it I need to make a proffit!)
