Pre Treating Arches

Ok im looking at getting this valver and both arches are immaculate, how do i keep em that way? anything i can put behind the arches to stop it rusting well slow it down?

how is this kind of thing applied and how much does it cost?

get waxoil from frauds and litrelly paint it on. Its very cheap and applied by brush. a good barrier for anywhere on the underside of the car. just make sure you get it right in the crevices etc. whens the beast arriving then?

Should be in the next few weeks if all goes to plan... which it probably wont cos it never does...
Got to go to north wales for it :( looks a spunker though and a 1500quid valver should be a good un!

dont bother with waxoy use dinitrol instead its much better http://www.frost.co.uk/

i paind £450 for a valver on 62k with FSH, bit of rust and a buggered driveshaft tho

I payed £300 for mine. Needed wiring loom sorting (which it now is) and a new starter motor. had 12 months MOT too

This one isnt broken though, no rust or anything, clean as!
