What sort of power gains would you expect from a ported and polished head keeping the standard svalve size and standard cams?

really hard to say mate, as it totally depends wot has actually been done, and how good the work is. with standard cams and valves i wouldnt expect much...maybe 5-10% at a rough guess, but like i said its very hard to say.
