    Brake Unions

Was doing my braided brake lines at the weekend, along with fitting new discs, and kevlar pads to go on as well.

Having trouble with the brake union nuts though. The fronts were rounded slightly before i started on them, and one of the rears is the same.

Everything else has come off ok, but i dont want to totally bugger the union nuts anymore. Any tips for getting them off, or am i gonna have to cut them off and press a new union on? Was thinkin a little heat from a blowtorch but unsure? Anyone with any experience?

    Cheers

save yourself lots of aggro....cut them off and take them to a local factors who can make new ones up for you.

even if you can undo them...they are mangled now.
