    Where to weld steering colum.

    Hi.

    Can anyone please point out where I need to weld my steering column please!!!!?

    Would be grateful as mine is loose as feck and having it welded tommorow.

    Need to do mine at some point aswell... Think it will be a case of "daaaaaaaaaaaaaad, fancy doing a spot of welding for me" LOL

    Pmsl. That's exactly what it was like for me :P

    He hates my Clio lol.

    Ordered a bran new column from Renault, they said it'd be two days...lo and behold they aint got none. Idiots.

    just welded my column on my willy 2 after reading this what a difference steering is so much sharper car is much nicer to drive. awesome!

    When i had mine replaced on my last williams this chap did it, he keeps spares in stock and is very reasonable. http://www.coopersgarage.co.uk/

    All done now.

    10 minute job.

    Steering is slight and sharp and solid now (did more than just weld the column )

    do u have 2 line it up at all or just go for it with the torch lol???
