Will 16v bumpers fit on a williams?

Just wondered if 16V front and rear bumpers are the same in design and fitting as the williams bumpers.

^^I think that depends on the phase mate, as mine are phase 2 16v bumpers and have a black inner strip, not yellow...

i was looking and tempted to buy them

I bought the ones off ebay and as i thought they are phase one bumpers with silver strip in the middle. Can you remove the strips in the middle or even the whole plastic trim. Plus one of the mounts at the bottom of the front bumper has cracked and come off is there anyway i can get a new mount and re revit it or is it a case of making a custom mount?

Custom bumper mounts are your friend. I have 2 joist hangers holding mine on at either side. :P

Has anybody taken out the metal strips in the middle of the plastic bump strips? If so how do you get them out? If thats not possible can you take the whole plastic bump strip off?
