    Clutch alignment tool

    Im pondering on having a go at changing my cluutch myself, but i need a clutch alignment tool, any recommendations?

    Do i need summit like this:

    1/2" extension #bar wrapped in duct tape and wedged inot teh frictioon plate hole, can aline it using that piss

    well you wedge it not the friction plate and it sticks out through the cover plate, you do all teh cover plate bolts up hand tight, and then move the bar til its central on teh cover plate hole, then with the other hand tigten a bolt up a bit ti hold it ion place, then go round tightening the other bolts up progressivly

    I would do as Lunner said, use an extension bar..I used a piece of plastic tubing on mine, got it looking central by eye and the gearbox went on no probs..
