yes it will fit. i put one on my mates 1.2 clio (one of my old cars) and it sounds good!

bumper possibly needs cut very slightly tho. cant remember!

ahhh right just reading on another thread, apparently it said the flanges and bore are different on the valver/williams to the mk1 1.4?

but if its just the backbox it should be ok!

but perhaps the bore will be different. iirc i put a 16v system on my 1.2 clio, then the backbox on that, so no wonder it fitted ok!

ive got a powerflow system and dont like the backbox, do u know if this will go onto the system, i think its a 1.75"/2" bore?? was on car when i bought it.
