I wanna keep my Phs 2's, or get some willy rims, so what is the biggest/best brake kit I can get behind them??

i think it was like 285 or similar, might be able to squeeze a little bigger, smokey had bigger so arj tells me
I think Smokey got soem 325mm to fit but he had to do some filling to fit.
personally, dont go over 285mm, biggest so far ive seen are 300mm but thats with butchered calipers which i strongly recommend you dont do. Rememeber good airflow around the disc is also required!!
see craig100 mate, i think he has the biggest brakes i've seen under a 15" wheel, there was literally about 5mm of space between the caliper and wheel
Ive got a 172 sized disk and wilwood caliper to fit to mine. But its the weight that you have to consider.
172 disks weigh twice what a williams / 16v disk does.
Mine are exactly the same as Craigs, 300mm billet centered rotors and willwood superlight calipers. Ds2500 pads and f*ck me does it stop well.. will lock up on heavy breakin from 90mph+
probably bigger than i need but i love them
300mm you need superlight or hi-spec calipers BUT i have 1-2mm clearance on williams wheels and had to take 2mm of my caliper to fit my turbines...
How much is that kind of set up Flan?
And do you have any pics??
£450 Second hand new the'd be quite a bit... but there light, same as std i recon,
My Hi-Spec Monster 4 Pots with 300mm discs didnt require any modifications to the calipers but have only got a 2mm clearance lol
The Hi-Spec setup I have is £900+ new from POTN
