where in essex is he based? did you get an address? also if you paid by paypal you should file a case against him! did he say he delivered the item? and if so has he got a proof of posting? second hand ht leads tho mate????

mine was fooked and i need some quick, so i thought for 15 i couldnt go wrong, i paid by paypal but they said that i couldnt get my money back as his account was empty or sumthing!!
