every part is different, they all have a code from 1-7 and that pretty much decides how much discount is possible on a part
service bits are 1 which is the best for discount
just tell them the name of your garage, hand them a business card or something
The name of my company is FT SITE ENGINEERING LTD, need to persuade them i maintain site vehicles methinks
i get a trade discount.. but still very expensive for oe parts
