Previous Williams 2 owner from Leamington Spa?

First off hello to everyone as this is my first post on here :D

I am in the process of trying to buy a williams 2 clio from a garage near to where I live.

The main problem I have is that the garage can't find the service history for it.

They are currently trying to find the history.

Appently the previous owner traded it in recently at a local BMW dealership , and had owned the car for 8 years before doing so.

Does anyone on here know of anyone on this forum from the Leamington Spa area that has recently traded their car in?

Would appriciate any help as I won't buy the car unless the history is found.

Can you not contact Renault with the Reg number and vin plate details as im sure they can bring it up on there screen if its been serviced by Renault

Yeah , suppose I could try that , just have to hope its been main dealer serviced.

Am really hoping they can find all the original history , as its had the same owner for 8 years you would expect it to be somewhere.
