Can anybony tell me if you can get a williams insurance under a classic (and therefore cheaper) insurance policy?
i'm not sure, but if you can they usually have quite low restricted milage.
i thought classic had to be over 20 years old or something! :?
not really sure to be honest, but maybe worth lookin into!
as said above it will be severly restricted milage!

10years is the usual limit and then it's their discretion.
My boyfriend has classic car insurance with HIC on his 15yr old Golf.

for your inforamtion i was quoted £1153 with a £400 excess this year becuase i lost my NCB as a result of a knock. However i got a quote from Heritage Insurance on 0121 246 6062 who will insure it as a classic for £500 with a £350 excess and a resticted milage of 5000.
5000 miles?!
its not a lot, but then i guess it depends on how much stuff goes wrong and how long its in the garage for repairs!
good price so i looked at the site
to qualify for policy
it says cant be used as every day car :(
no claims or points:(:(
so didnt bother ringing but may do if n/union dont shape u
