We went for a blast just to see how mine is going...I took Nick Hills advise and unplugged the ECU for a few hours. Not sure if it is as quick as back in the day but it has definatly improved! Rob is getting his remapped tomoz so we did it to see how his goes after the remap as well...but it looks like after 2 years Cuppy is back! :D

I know! Like I say I`m not sure it is back to it`s very best as it still doesn`t like reving like it used to....and the temp gauge is still jumping about when you rag it. Won`t know for sure until York but I`d imagine it`ll be sub 14.4`s again ...hopefully lol

Defo faster now m8.....it seems slightly less torquey for like half a sec then it pulls well...comes on cam a lot harder than b4 too. 5th gear is good as it pulls pretty well and then when it comes on cam its like a lickle baby turbo lol.......Also my MPG has gone from 28`s to 32`s!!!!!

Well compared to the night you were in Cuppy Jon.....We did a 3rd start at maybe 50/60mph...Rob pulled very slightly straight away then I came past...in to 4th and I think I was still pulling (athough it was hard to tell using mirrors and being at night) then we caught up with some cows on the farmers track so had to slow. Did this a couple of times. We then did a 5th gear at 60 ish and Cuppy pulled away pretty well. not hugely but when you think that b4 it was pretty even with Rob pulling away slightly it is a defo improvment

Need to meet up with 2 live now....Cuppy is hungry for revenge! :wink:

we need to be getting all of these runs on vid... sounds like there is **** all between us 4 at the moment performance wise... Monkey and Chris' will certainly have the legs on mine lower down though... my 5th gear will piss on you all though, VALVER power! lol

argh... well it looks like i might need a proper remap... 6600rpm just wont do... think we'll leave the rematch til I get a map on the car :wink: :lol:

gibbo, there is a much better pvt road near me, only 2 lanes, but vastly superior and you can EASILY hit the limiter in 5th...
