View Full Version : Hybrid Vs Williams 3 Vs Corsa 2l Turbo

Just come off the m1 at j37 to barnsley and me an my mate in his willy 3 were going towards town and a black corsa flew past us, expected to be usual boy racer, looked like a 1.4 sport, all badged up as one anyway. so me and my mate both went for him (mine being hybrid), got onto the dual carriageway and went past him. both pulled up at the lights and i smoked him from a standing start to the next set of lights, the willy 3 was behind me and the corsa behind that. now in one lane. went over the roundabout and floored it, williams was no were to be seen and i saw these headlights really close.....was now in 4th gear exceeding 90mph on the dual carriageway, i looked over and the corsa was pulling past me like a steamtrain! i couldnt believe i was being dun by a corsa lol. he started braking and i got back on him, pulled over to talk and he came art wi "ha ya need sumet quicker in that!" being a bit of a cocky cunt but was alright afterwards..... had a look and it was a red top turbo, stainless boost pipes and the like, he said it was standard but the actuater was massive!!!

Both me and the willy 3 had 2 passengers and driver. corsa was single person.
Well first time i ever raced a red top and it was a turbo!! acceleration they can be beet but once there going there gone!!!!

I beat one up to 60.. then it was game over.. they cant hold the power down well enough.

Next time get him on a nice twisty road you'll lose him in a very short time. Anything less than 60/2nd gear round bends and they're shit they just understeer.

yeh matt you shud see his back wheels, the camber makes it corner better lol. i thought it was ****ed at first...he overtook the willy 3 on outside of roundabout and came for me lol.
It did take up to about 100 for him to come past me though, i was 3 up and i struggled for traction at first. he came past me like a steam train though, i thought i was stood still lol.
corsa weighs nothing lol, guna have to strip the bugger again arent i lol.

Beast himn on the B roads.. then he will go from hero 2 zero as he peruses over his rolled shell...then becomes upset when insurance wont payout as its a registered 1.1 lol

iv raced the same lad in the nana. he was 3 up and still pasted me, over 300bhp if its the same car! buty hes fom that area and his is black! got some vids of a couple of doo's on the motorway someqwhere!

LOL you still goin to the yorkshire meet mate? I shud be there give the car one last thrashing before I take it to bits. Shud be a good laugh especially as we're goin down the motorway for a junction lol.

yeh he claims its 300bhp....are you thinking of that black one though with centre exit exhaust out of bumper?? renault shud have made a 2litre turbo that goes straight in clios instead of the shoddy 21 turbo.... :(:(he wont be daft enough to race on b roads lol

if i owned a car that looked like that ^^^ it better had be ****ing quick as id be scared of someone seeing me in it. Max Power Shit IMO. :( would have looked better without that crap on the front of it
