Aye true but a cage will be going in at some point this year to finish off the interior! :)
Looks ace martin. Ive been waiting a while to see them baby's in! Look spot on, and love it how uve hacked the doors to peices. Good few kg's saved there!

mega !!!!! loving it 8)
looks cool, but surely adding a cage defeats the object of all the weight saving?
Nicve, just a couple of points tho, what is to stop someone sliding teh slider open, putting them hand in and opening the door and taking your car/seats?
Also as Rick said, why go to teh effort of poly carb windows and then add a cage :?

The fact that theres no door pins or handle to open it from the inside means some little scrot ain't gonna be able to open the door unless he has the brain power to work out that the metal bar opens it, plus with the doors butchered like that, he needs a cage to stop him dying in a side on accident.
Did you remove teh 2 side impact bars Martin, or didn't your car come with them, if it didn't come with them then removing a bit of internal metal is gonna do sod all agaisnt a side impact

Nor really :? Take out 100+kg and put 20-25kgs back in ..plus cage helps handling by keeping everything rigid. Prob won't be till back end of the year like

Correct, you can stick your hand in but there is no way of unlocking the doors plus the alarm will go off!
