View Full Version : Tyre Difference
Here lads,
whats the difference between a michelin
1.Pilot Exalto R15 82V
2.Pilot Exalto PE2 ZR15 82V
both are 195/50's
fab.
Double check the last one ie ZR15, I can only find it available as 82W not V.....if this is the case then I believe that the speed ratings are different ie V rating = Max speed 149MPH.....and W rating = 168MPH
Check the prices...........This may be a pile S**T

They are on page 6 of the search and its priced at 60.30
You are correct the speed rating is W and not V as I stated.
So the PE2 label is just for the speed rating?
No PE2 is the Model....the one that you need cost £44.40 as they are at the correct speed setting for the Williams ie speeds up to 149. The speed rating is determined by the last letter.
Sounds like bottom one is the newer Pilot Exalto 2 where as top one is just a Pilot Exalto (older version)
