thats my setup, tyres rub arches on large bumps....feels comfy enuf

well ive got willy front track...

its comfortable......like gunner my tyres scrub the arches if say, im on full lock on a steep bit, but apart from that its fine

Cheers chaps, think this is the way foward for me then - just need to get the track done and renew all shocks with oem stuff :D

mine rubbed like a biatch on the back

then again the wheels were 5mm wider than the arch and it was lowered 75mm :D woooops

As u33db said in my thread, i think my springs are actually a bit lower then -35mm so this may explain my problems but if you speak to enough people who have done it you will find out that most people have issues with their cars after having them lowered.
I certainly did not know as much as I do now about the impracticalities but I must say that I do really like the car as it is now, even if I now have to get an arch replaced due to a rogue stone that got caught between the tyre and arch and cracked it!
