fookin hell! where was that??? looked like kuwait or something?? and whats that noise at the start?? is that the sound of the blades getting very close before they contact?

Shows how fragile helicopters are that. The two helicopter contact there blades that the wierd noise you hear and when they hit the shock on the transmissions is so great it breaks the tailer roater drive shafts and hence tail.
