Hi all
I'm a long time lurker, but now owner of #208. A project car that has lived a life (driven almost 250k miles) but been parked up for the last seven or eight years. It's currently a non runner ('ran when parked'!) but I'm working my way through all the usual, more common, causes of no spark and no fuel.
Can I check what voltage should be showing at the injectors please? My car is currently showing 5v in both wires at the injector. I have read elsewhere that this could be a 'reference feed' but I've not a clue what that means! My mechanic thinks it should be showing 12v on one wire and nothing on the other.
Also is it possible to buy replacement plugs to connect the wires to the top of the injectors as the one I removed, after 30 years of heat cycling, disintegrated as a result of my clumsiness and brute force..
