Throttle potentiometer/ position sensor

I'm in need of one of these in good nick if you can help? Otherwise are there any compatible parts from other cars?
Thanks. Got constant high idle after getting warmed up, stripped wire on that is my first bet..?

If it's high idle after driving it'll be the speedo sensor on the speedo cable needing re earthing
