Went to see this one Monday. its is a poor state. The guy is going to to do some work but it worries me what you cant see.

The trouble is that when you want to buy there's nothing around or what is there is priced too high...

... and if you want to sell no-one wants to buy and the prices are too low and the market is flooded.
