I can't believe it's over two years since someone has posted here.
In the right hand lane at a traffic light. Audi TT pulls up on the left. It's a de facto filter left lane for a side road.
Not having that, I know he's trying to go in front ahead.
Lights change green, little blue Clio zooms ahead. Sweaty little Audi driver makes all sorts of noises, fails to catch up in the forty feet before it merges from the left into a single carriageway.
I'd like to clearly point out that I was looking all around for pedestrians before, and the fact that I never broke the 30mph limit was both a point of pride and annoyance to the Audi driver, who lagged behind me for hundreds of yards ahead.
