Lovely car. In that condition with the low mileage and one owner, being a 3 makes no odds; its a very rare car and I hope the owner gets what they want for it.

There's something a little half-hearted about this auction, as if someone else is telling him to cut down the garage occupancy to fulfill more immediate financial concerns.

To which I would say: send them to the local comprehensive. No, better, drive them to the local comprehensive in the Clio. Blow the cobwebs out of everyone's hair. They'll get just as good an education of school type stuff, and they'll see the real world a bit too.

A couple of years ago there was talk that the big boy investors were salting Clio Williams away. Now, I thought that was a vindication of my idea of driving the arse off it in the winter, but it seems I was misinformed. I therefore took the old girl down to the local Specialist Restore and Syphon Thousands of Pounds From Your Bank Account shop, and they did a nut and bolt restoration. (Well, there was a nut and a bolt on the invoice, I think it was for replacing the garage mop back on to its handle.) The results speak for themselves:

*AFTER*:

So, phew, the potential dividends of my investment portfolio are assured. I'll never drive it again.

Owning a Clio Williams, it's like having someone deliver a wheelbarrow load of gold bars to your house, every day, for the rest of your life.

That's got to be the lowest mileage one out there!! Sadly its already gone past my max bid!! Hope it goes to a good home though

Its not the lowest mileage Williams out there.

But I do believe it is the lowest 3 or second to lowest 3 on that mileage though.

If they are selling for decent money it's only a good thing.
