its just seen better days Phil.. i need to replace the drivers side bush and the other bolts etc and thought.. as im going to take it off it'd be good to have clean one go back on as i need the car and having my current one off and then treated/painted etc would take too long..

I've got just the same problem. Has anyone dared look at price and availability of a new one recently? The front edge of mine is almost completely dust.

If you are looking for a temporary fit one, would it be worth looking for one at a scrapyard off a poverty version of the car.
I know that it wont have the strengthening sections but it could do on a temporary basis?

Ouch! I think I'm going to have to turn lace into pretend steel again.

Hello guys, I have a subframe. Good condition, no damage or real corrosion, just some surface rust. Came out as I just wanted to replace with a new painted one as I was working on mine. Removed at 43,000 miles. Make me an offer Chris.roberts2k@googlemail.com
