Catch tank for engine block gases

Hi,
due to the R21 turbo airbox in my F7R clio, i have only a small filter on the exit for engine block gases. Thats why i smell often oil in the passenger cabin.

So i would like to have a catch tank for this oily gases. Does anyone have such modification? How did you solve it? Is there maybe a buyable solution on the market?
