Do I need to support the engine while changing this from the bottom or anything or is it just an easy bolt off and on swap ?

Yes support the weight of the engine with a jack or something and it'll be an easy swap

had a look into doing this, n having read the manual..(page 26 or so, mentions about refitting this mount) and not having the specialist tool (the locator tool).. how or whats a cheat.. just make two bits of metal that shape n size.. or locate by eye or should the two pins that interlock, should they need be in the middle of the holes on the top piece with the stick of rubber.. Hopefully the picture is viewable.. how do i know if mines in the right place before id just swap it over..

so my question is the circled bit.. where the two lugs fit in.. should these be located in the middle.. is this the center? as mine currently, they both sit to one side.. before I just swap them I should know if mine is out to start with.. the stick of rubber on these.. should it be centralised in the mount cover, so you can fit the tool down either side? am I worrying too much about nothing, and just get it swapped over?

Ignore all that bollocks & just fit it. Bolt it all together loosely so it finds it's natural postion - as it moves around quite a lot anyway to allow it to be fitted - then bolt everything tight
