TB ADAPTOR + WILLIAMS CAMS

HI im after a TB ADAPTOR to fit my BMC easier any about?? metal or plastic (cheap is good ;) )

and some WILLIAMS CAMS as i broke my inlet cam and stuck to 1.8 cams in my F7R (NOT HAPPY :( )

am in bristol/gloucestershire area would collect if not to far (FCS is sooon limited on time)
