To be honest, I wouldn't bother with a plastic boot. Have a look at what I've done to mine, in the pictures section, it's genuinely almost as light as a fibreglass item making it not worth the hassle of buying one imo

Yeah, I have a fibreglass boot on the track car and would advise it is probably not worth the bother. It is just about viable for a pure competition car but if you expect to use the car out and about at all then it leaves it very insecure. Also it is difficult to seal it properly to the car to prevent rain getting in. Your options are either to seal it all up so it no longer opens or find a way of mounting the rubber seal to the fibreglass, which by the time you have done that probably doesn't save much weight over the standard door. I'd be inclined to strip your current one - all the plastics and the lock servo, etc. and then replace the glass window with a polycarbonate one and you probably have most of the weight savings without any of the downsides, and less cost too.
