For Sale is a Renault Clio 1.8 16v Shell, stripped for track use and with a Williams 2.0 16v engine.
Unfortunately the head gasket has gone and as a result the car has sat for over a year. The plan was to get her fixed and back on the road, however a lack of time and imminent move to a non-garaged house means I am looking to sell.
This car should make a great project to restore, or as a donor for parts to base a track project.
The Spec is the following:
Williams engine
Williams Head
Piper 270 Cams & Verniers
Williams Gearbox
Williams ECU with chip (raised limiter, etc.)
Widetrack taken from Williams 1 (Shafts, ARB, Wishbones)
AVO Coilovers
Polyflex Bushes (Wishbones, ARB's & Dogbone)
Set of Williams speedlines in white
Set of Team Dynamic pro race 1.2s in black
Brembo Max Discs
Pagid RS 42 Blues Pads
1.8 16v Manifold
Full Mongoose S/S System
The interior has been fully stripped down to the bare metal then sprayed white (bar doors, bootlid)
Manual components have been fitted including mirrors, windows, sunroof.
Interior has been completely removed, including dash (top dash remains),
Soundproofing, tar has been taken out.
The car has Cobra Imola S seats fitted (black), OMP low subframes and Cobra Sidemounts. Sparco harnesses.
Sparco suede steering wheel, with boss & Pop Off Boss
As the engine won’t start and the car is sorn a trailer will be required for collection.
I won’t be breaking, as I don’t have the time to dismantle, or the space to store the parts.
I am looking for £650 for the car, but will take £500 without the Williams Speedlines.
