Outgoing PMs

Is there a way to see "outgoing" PM's (the ones sent, but not delivered). On the old site I liked that feature, because I could check if person got my PM or just isn't replying. If PM wasn't yet delivered I could edit it...

Is this feature also hidden somewhere on the new site, because all I see is just inbox and sent items (but that's delivered)?

There isn't the 'outbox' any more as such but there is a feature that gives roughly the same functionality... When you are composing a message there is a tick box at the bottom that says 'request receipt when read' or somesuch that you tick and you will get told when they have opened your message I think.

Hmmm, but there's no way to do that for PM's that were already sent, but (probably) not yet delivered? Is there a way to edit the message after clicking "send" (before message is delivered)?

No, I think once it has been sent without receipt ticked then there isn't anything you can do about it.
