Fuel pump relay clicking

My misfire problems continue. Had the wiring out and noticed the fuel pump relay switch clicked occasionally in time with when I got a misfire. I swapped out the relay, still happens. Poked about the wires a bit but could not seem to get it to duplicate the misfire when doing so. Any offers?

Checked everything I can. had the wiring loom to bits etc, rewired some stuff and soldered suspect plugs to no avail. I think it is the ECU. Off it goes for repair!
