Does anyone know the specifications of both?
I'm sure i've read the Williams cams have .5mm more lift and should be wilder (more duration?) however i'm pretty curious what the exact specs are and how they compare.

Thanks in advance!

supposedly Williams ones are more aggressive, but tbh i'd say its a muchness of a muchness in such a low power application really.

wont make sod all difference on an F7 turbo lump mr tut ;-)

Well the reason i'm asking is my power goes down after 6500rpm. According to Scoff f7p cams don't breath well enough high in the rev range to fill 200cc extra...

I'm not after more hp's or anything, just want a broader power delivery :)

The williams ones defiantely have more lift.

would that benefit in a turbo application?

as you got 2cams you can adjust the cams to better work for turbo, i would have adjusted the exhaust cam

i've been reading Chips article on c20xe cams in a c20let, 4/5 degrees retard on the intake works however it is still a matter of give and take...
still have my old 2.0 and think i'm going to swap the cams.

None,
how did you measure the cams? i've been reading it up and lift is pretty simple to measure but how do you measure duration?
degrees disc on the crank pulley and then just measure from the time the lobe hits the lifter and when it let's go?

i think i'll just try the cams but when i have the rocker cover off i could as well measure them...

16v : IN 224' / 9.2
EX 220' / 8.55

Williams lift:
In 9.9
Ex 9.2

Measured on cams which have done 325k km so could be a tad more if new...
