Right, well i'm letting my Williams 1 No.106 go. I need to cut down on projects/cars at the moment and get my double garage built! I've owned this for 2 and a half years and loved every drive! I still just look at it now! They are awesome little cars!

Clio Williams No.106
115k Miles
6 Owners
No Tax or MOT
Cat 1 Alarm and Immobiliser
2 sets of keys

The car itself is a great base for a restoration project as it has lots of history with it, original dealer plates, original dealer stickers & tax disc holder, all the important things which you can't get! I've also got details off the dvla of all the previous owners too.

The mileage is 115k approx and the cambelt was changed at 113k with a genuine Renault belt and kit and is stampted in the book as it was done by a Renault specialist garage. The service history has lots of stamps in it, all Renault Garages, but it is missing some. There are still plenty of stamps in the book though! There is a folder of recipts with the car along with every MOT since new, plus the original user manual folder. The Williams only suppliment is unfortunatly missing though. But you can pick these up from the likes of Mat Brown!

Engine wise it runs sweet as a nut. Even the guy who changed the cambelt (renault specialist) said it was one of the smoothest williams he'd driven! And the gearbox is perfect. The box has had a rebuild by Renault at some point in its life and you can tell. There is no crunching, griding, struggling to get in gears at all. It doesn't use any oil and theres no smoke out the exhaust at all. 100% mechanically mint!

The car is standard except the Magnex exhaust, missing stereo and clio williams 2 parcel shelf. Other than that, its as it came from Renault.

Bodywork wise, the drivers side rear arch is starting to go at the back near the rear light, the drivers side sill will need attention as i have cut a small part of the sill out which was rusty and never got round to putting the new bit in. The boot is pretty rust free tbh, one of the best ive seen, and the inner sills are rust free where it joins to the floor pan. The rest of the car underneath is solid, so don't let the drivers sill put you off. Other than that, the car is very presentable and the paint work just has the usual stone chips and swirl marks. Its not a show car, it was a used daily car!

The Wheels are in very good condition with hardly any marks on them and they have a set of matching Michelin 195/50/15 Tyres all with about 4mm tread, so plenty of life in these yet!

The interior is in very good condition. The carpet was wet vacumed a year or so ago and came up like new, the seats are very good with only a slight wear mark just starting to show in the drivers bolster. The door cards are the original Willliams 1 cards with no speaker holes, but unfortunatly the drivers side has the usual drivers arm rest sagging. The passenger side isn't too bad at all. Everything on the dash works except the oil pressure gauge. Well, actually, sometimes it works, then suddenly it can't be bothered and decides to not work  lol! The dash is still wearing it original No.106 plaque too. The original stereo is missing unfortunatly and a williams 2 shelf is fitted which is sagging at the edges, but other than that, the interior is as it was when it left the factory.

Here's some pictures of how it scrubs up. I've included some pics of floors meeting the inner sills to show its solid. Also you can see the rusty areas. The last pictures are as it stands now

Don't let the next 2 pics put you off! It still cleans up well and gets started twice a week and moved around the driveway!

PLEASE NOTE:
The original Renault Floor Matts, Wind Delfectors & Williams 1 Borchure are NOT included in the sale. I'm keeping these for when i buy another (which will happen lol!)

I'm not in a rush to sell at all, but would rather someone sort the sill and re MOT it. The sill is the only reason i never took it for an MOT. I can't see why it would fail on anything else. Its a great car and i shall be sad to see it go, but like i said at the top, i need to get my garage built.....then i'll buy another one ;)

£1500 ono.
