Fuel tank sender unit

Can anyone help out.
I am not sure of the model,but it is only a sender unit NOT a fuel pump.
It should have 3 horizontal pipes ... the one on the left broke off.The hole on the top face was a "mod" I tried,but it did not work.
Wanted fairly urgent please.
