Sequential fuel injection

Would like to change my injection set up - by using sequential injection.
Just like on the Megane Coupe.
It has some strange looking verniers and a sensor built into the cam carrier.
I need to know "where the cam is"
As i am using Cat Cams verniers how can i make a system like this?

should work with megane inductiv sensor against a camlobe :D

should work with megane inductiv sensor against a camlobe :D

still the sensor works with the cam gear iir. so if he"s running a catcam varnier pulley will the sensor pickup the accurate cam possition?

Yes if you place it against a camlobe instead of cam pulley, or instead of a distributor. on Laguna I with F3R running dual coils it has a cam sensor instead of a distributor.

the F7R from the megane got it buildin the camcarrie iir. if yes cant that one be used with the catcam camgears?

It does yes - but the Megane F7R verniers are quite special - designed to work with the cam sensor.

Maybe I could strip a distributor - put a sort of toothed gear on the end and mate it with a sensor.... (would look like rubbish though)
