External temp gauge not working

My external temp gauge is dead (gauge doesnt show anything). Any ideas where to start anyone?

Shine a torch at the display.
If you can see a faint reading it's probably the bulbs gone behind.

Yeh i can make out the numbers with a torch. Best make a start ripping the clocks out. Hope renault still sell the bulb.

Don't need to go renault for the bulb, just a standard size.
Where in the midlands are you?
You can always pop in and pick up a couple from me F.O.C.
