Crashed Williams

Saw crashed Williams this morning on side of road at Barnston on the B1008. Hope you were ok. Looked quite a bad one.
Sorry for you to happen to your motor. Looked nice from the back.

Unfortunately it was mine. Driven that bit of road for the last 2 years on the way to and from work but it rained that sunday and froze as soon as it hit the road. Caught me out as I was driving up the hill, sent me across the other side of the road and into the path of a tanker lorry...not ideal. I'd only had it back from the body shop a couple of months. Had all the rust cut out of the rear arches, sills, boot lid and a near complete respray, new decals etc...for that to happen to it was just gutting. I was pretty battered after it, seat belt marks, bashed up legs and face but nothing broken, the little car looked after me.

I noticed a 182 driving past, would that have been your car?

Yes i was in the 182.

Glad you were o.k, the roads were really bad that night, it was -14 that night on the car read out. Even walking on the pavements were bad, where the rain had frozen!!
