#374 - How many non-standard mods/items can you spot

I tend to do this with every Williams that I see up for sale so I thought it would be fun to throw this out to a wider audience as I'm sure a lot of you do the same thing :)
A couple of things are noted in the advert as being non standard e.g. exhaust. But, if you were to buy the car and put it back to standard specification, how many things would you have to change and what would they be?...

I've seen 7 so far. I won't tell you what they are at this stage otherwise it will spoil the fun. Have a go 8)

Exhaust you have already mentioned. Boot strip looks like a later one, maybe the whole boot swapped (something about the wiper looks odd to me too, but can't put my finger on it - Phase 2)? Missing the RENAULT and Clio badges on the strip. Engine cam cover painted blue and stickered. No F16 i.e. sticker on spark plug cover. Missing retaining 'screw' on spark plug cover. Williams stickers on side are below the rubbing strip when they should be above (maybe rear arches have been repainted?). Gold wheels don't have the polished lip.

I'd go for private plate, Center caps missing, wheels a clog out on colour and the outside temperature works. Could be a good one, but clearly a numpty has been let loose with those stickers. Getting hard to find completely original examples now, bit like the sapphire cosworth.

Based on someone else's comments - they're williams 3 seats....

Looks like you've got most of them, and a few more to boot!

My current list is:
1. Wheel center caps are missing
2. Williams stickers are in the wrong place (should be above the trim line)
3. Phase 2 boot
4. Possibly phase 2 rear lights (not sure though)
5.Non standard exhaust
6. Front seats from a willy 2/3
7. Damaged scuttle panel plastic
8. Blue rocker cover
9. Blue air manifold cover
10. I also think that it may have been resprayed because the exterior colour looks a different shade to that on the removeable slam panel. This may explain the wrong placement of the stickers and the phase 2 boot.

Any more?....

looks like a ph2 filler cap
and black box for loom connectors, n/s inner wing. looks like it has reno logo on.
bolts for wings should be blue iirc
rear bump strip, o/s off valver....or looks like on 1 pic.

no. plate would be mint for a porn star.....Film DP ;)

tailgate looks ok to me tho. ph2 would have the washer incorperated into the rear wiper, and he wiper would be a diff shape.

A few small things I noticed...

O/S rear quarter trim looks like it's come off a valver (looks as if it has a silver strip down the middle as opposed to black - could be the light mind...).

Unusual black plugs in the upper steering wheel cowling.

Also I think it has a phase 2 filler cap.(?) May be wrong!
