What do you guys reckon to these to replace the common holes in the originals?

They have an elastic bottom edge so you can take the plastic surround off of your ripped one (unpick the staples) and stretch it back over,it doesnt foul anywhere so the gear surround unit snaps back together properly

Id say its better,the leather is softer so less likely to rip like the O.E ones
