Just picked this up for £970 on eBay, hoping it's the bargain it looks, MOT on Saturday!

Blimey, that does look in very good condition for that price. Congratulations on what looks like a steal and welcome to the site.
Thanks, there's a little surface rust here and there and the o/s front wing is from a Williams 1 so is slightly darker. The arches have been done and the sills are very clean, so fingers crossed the MOT won't throw anything else up!
Looks well for the money! I have front wings of a 3 if you need one..
Thanks, how much are you after for the o/s front wing to suit a 3?

How did the MOT go then?
Two years later....lol
MOT's have been passed since and she has had the arches redone with new metal. The engine is currently out and has had some Piper 270 cams, vernier pulleys, water pump, PS pump, idler pulley, spark plugs and all fluids. When the engine goes back in, I've got a new alloy radiator and fan to go in as well as Hi-Spec calipers from Coops to go on too.
This is how she looked a few weeks back:

And this is with some freshly refurbished 19 16V alloys:

Just read an epic thread on this car on http://retrorides.proboards.com/thread/117625/1995-renault-clio-williams-3
I wonder who has it now
