Turbines or cheap willy wheels

Hi all, I'm after a set of turbines or willy wheels to use for winter and/or refurb,

Not wanting to spend too much really, also not fussed about tyres but they would be a bonus :)

What you all got

I've got some phase 2 valver wheels with yoko paradas fitted 3mm tread all round if that's any good?
