Hi, I paid my renewal but am still restricted access :(

Seems to be a lot of problems with memberships and subscriptions. At least help is given quickly to get it resolved, but it would be nice to get it running smoothly!

It said auto renewal but my card details had expired so it failed the first time, so I changed the details, and it tried again a few days later automatically, but failed again. So I left it and the third time it went through on paypal.

Hi Northy. Do I need to do anything with mine? It says it failed to take the money via paypal but I don't see how as it is linked to both my bank account and a valid credit card as a backup payment method. Should I just go and pay for a single year or is it going to try again automatically over the next few days anyway? Cheers

Actually Northy, I still have your bank account details set up in my bank payment thing so can just send you the subs via that, if good for you?

Can I ask why isn't it done automatically? I had the same problems, as did the others on this thread however little/nothing seems to have been done to rectify the original issue.

The automatic renewal feature doesn't seem to work. A little annoying, but I can appreciate that people have lives outside of the owners club forum. That said, if we pay a fee, an acknowledgement would be nice :)
