Do forgive any obvious explanations, I have used the same description for everywhere!

The time has come to sell my beloved Renault Clio Williams phase one, rare limited edition plaque version, number 112.

The car has a full years MOT (expires June 30th 2012), tax until 30/08/2011, and has covered 126,000 miles (this will change slightly as the car is still my daily drive). When this car first came into my possession there was work needed to be done; and it has been done by professionals, not me with a spanner.

The work that has been done, as well as a few modifications, are as follows:

Front and rear brake discs, pads, brake fluid all changed for brand new standard items.
New starter motor
New alternator
New BOSCH branded battery
New cambelt at 117,000 miles
New wheels bearings all round
1 brand new tyre, 2 new tyres with plenty of tread, one tyre coming up to the limit, wheels balanced.
Lowered 60mm on the front by previous owner
Hillpower induction kit by previous owner
Full mongoose sport exhaust system with decat, I will also provide the standard cat for MOT purposes.
Sony CD player with AUX and USB input.

Interior:
Almost immaculate; bar a slightly saggy roof lining due to the glue becoming unstuck the interior is absolutely mint condition, as you can see from the pictures. All original parts and everything works as it should, including the dials except the oil pressure dial which has stopped working recently for an unknown reason. Seats have no rips, tears or cigarrette burns, as i dont smoke. Drivers seat is perfectly intact, no bolster wear whatsoever. The rear has been stripped by myself with the intention of going all the way but it would have been a shame to do so; All fixings are still present and the interior can be put back together with ease, no sound deadining has been removed. The central locking does not work on the key and you can only unlock the passenger side door to get in and press the centre console button to unlock all locks, this has been like this since before i owned it; easy fix but just havent had the time and hasnt bothered me personally.

Exterior:
For a 17 year old car, it is good; nothing of the unexpeced with this car. Stone chips to the front, a cracked drivers side wing since i bought it, no aerial and rust to the bootlid and rear arches but nothing major; a common fault with these cars. I have de-wipered the back and removed the grill bar and fog lights as one was smashed, but everything will come with the car if you wish to put it all back. It has had an electric Webasto sunroof installed in its time too.

Running:
Cannot fault this car, besides a blow from the cat (needs adjusting) and the exhaust rattling over the rear axle (also just an adjustment) there is no engine related smoke or rattles. Pulls perfectly in every gear; sounds great whether sitting still or driving, growls loudly accelerating past 4k revs and pops and bangs as you come back down the revs, even with the cat fitted. Always filled with Mobil 15w40 oil and left to warm up and cool down properly before driving. I recently did a trip from Surrey to Glasgow in a weekend, and she was faultless; also only used a tank of fuel each way.

There were only 3 slight advisories from the recent MOT and that was that the rear brake pads were wearing thin, oil leak and a spongy brake pedal. Folder full of receipts and MOT's, as well as the original Williams information card.

As you can see from the photos, she doesnt look half bad for her age! I don't think i have missed anything out and i have been as honest as possible, but if you have any questions i will answer them as best i can.

Viewings welcome, no timewasters or test pilots though please. Ready to drive away.

£1,200 ono.
