How come they're so cheap? Has anyone bought one to see if they are pukka?

They will not be pukka!
You get what you pay for.
Will got me a pattern one and they look cheap compared to the Valeo one i eventually got.

i have one with a fan still attatched

I got a pattern radiator from 'aaron radiators', looks just like a valeo IMO and has been working fine so far with no leaks :)
