I just got me new cam timing tool for a f4r suck it on and started doing the cam bolts up. on the inlet cam when doing it up i felt something move.
i investigated and found that if u lock up the pully end and stick one end of the timing tool in the inlet cam you can turn the cam maybe 20 degrees very easially without the outer pully moving at all the movement is clearly in the dephaser pully does this indicate its fooked, because surely u cant time it correctly with it moving about.
