White Phase 1 16v - £1650

I have for sale a nice white 16v on a K plate, so actually phase 1.5 but close enough.

I have just done the cambelt, clutch, waterpump, thermostat, oil/filter, gearbox oil, pas fluid, sparkplugs, airfilter, coolant inc flush and new header.

Mot'd last weekend so has 12 months MOT and tax on it.
92k, 4 previous owners.

Original turbines in excellent condition inc centrecaps with 4 nearly new tyres, Hankooks on the rear and Uniroyals on the front.

Electric sunroof works and doesn't leak, same with the remote central locking, only one key though.

All the dials work as they should and blowers give out hot air on all speeds.

Standard throughout apart from a de-cat fitted, even has an original stereo complete with code and fingertip remote. dealer plates and tax disc holder still fitted.
Has slight rust blisters on the rear arches and just behind the passenger door but nowhere near as bad as most and very treatable, virtually no rust on the bottom of the doors, bonnet and tailgate, front end behind the panels is also quite free from rust, see pictures from when the engine was out. Has the odd scuff and carpark dent here and there but nothing out of place on a 18 year old car.
Interior is in very good condition with little sign of wear.

Price is £1650, and i'm not looking for offers, I don't expect it to hang around in this condition
