Maybe just use a Cat with the internals removed or something.

Not really? The free flowing ability of a decat without making your clio sound like a shitty raspy honda.

I have a scorpion (williams) silenced decat on my car at the mo but im looking for a new solution as mine doesnt fit my downpipe too well so may be up for sale very shortly. Just need to get under the car at the weekend and take some measurements so i can have a new one made.

Yeah I was thinking of butchering my cat but then taught no fook it their too expensive.
