megane valves in a valver head on a willy's block?

i have a full set of megane valves, guides, spings etc and a spare valver head with nothing in it at all, will all the internals off the megane head fit the valver head..? and when i put it on the willys bottom end will everything clear no problems..?
any advice, help, or anythin else would be greatly appreciated..

will need the seats recutting mate. bigger valves in the meg head. other than that all good to go. has been done many times.
